Award Change - Casual Overtime

Please be aware that the Fair Work Commission has made changes to casual employee entitlements to overtime rates. These changes start from the first full pay period after 1 January 2018 and apply to the following awards: - Fast Food Award; - Hair and Beauty Award; - Hospitality Award; - Restaurant Award; and - Retail Award.

End Of Financial Year

The end of the financial year is quickly approaching. A kind reminder to all clients that Payment Summaries will be issues to yourself or your staff shortly after the 30th of June and will need to be disbursed to your staff by the 14th of July. Return to Work SA (WorkCover SA) reconciliations and Payroll Tax reconciliations will be due in July, make sure to advise us of new levy rates and forward through the paperwork needed to complete these reconciliations as soon as possible. Wishing you all a very prosperous new financial year!
