In accordance with Fair Work instruction any staff covered by the General Retail Award and receiving the award minimum rates of pay are to receive a 2.5% increase. This is to take effect from the first full pay period after 1 September 2021.
For our existing clients we have automatically applied this increase. For any staff on agreed rates, you should consider if any increase is appropriate and advise of any salary changes as necessary.
The third round of rate increases is scheduled to occur from the first full pay period after 1 November 2021.
